OMG Recipe: Sarciadong Tilapia

This is the first time I encountered such an incident where the tilapia I bought though was cleaned in the market there's these residuals I can’t see clearly because I’m not wearing my eyeglass so I get my spec and look at the fish I'm cleaning, omg, pellets! Which was not absorbed yet.

Guys, the next time you buy any fish, clean them thoroughly.

Going back to my recipe, here are my ingredients.

  • 2 pcs medium size fried tilapia ( Just 2 because I’m the only one eating fish in my family)

  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

  • 1 medium size diced onion (Pricey! As of this writing)

  • 3 pcs medium size diced  tomato (Many, because cheap!

  • Ground black pepper (As usual, in my other recipes, in estimation)

  • Oyster sauce (I love using this instead of soy sauce)

  • 2 pcs egg (beaten directly on pan)

  • Cooking oil

  • Undisclosed amount of water (based on your preference)

  • salt

How did I cook?

  1. Saute garlic, then, the onion, followed by tomatoes, oyster sauce, and black pepper

  2. Add water, then, the fried tilapia

  3. Bring to boil

  4. Add in the 2 eggs, beat.

  5. Taste it first before adding salt.

That’s it guys, that simple because it’s a lutong bahay.

What you think about my recipe really matters.
